Disorderly conduct in Hawaii is covered under Section 711-1101. Under this section, a person commits the offense of disorderly conduct if he or she:

- Subjects another person to offensively coarse behavior, or abusive language which is likely to provoke a violent response
- Creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition without a license or permit
Disorderly conduct is a petty misdemeanor, punishable by a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
